Online mystery shopping is an ever growing trend at the moment. It is the same as a mystery visit except you carry it out online on a company's website rather than physically within a store.

It invloves the mystery shopper assessing a wide range of things on a company's website. For example, how easy was it to locate certain information (ie contact details) and how effectively and efficiently did the company reply to an email inquiry.
